These are images from a series I'm working on about my sexual emotions and my relationships toward women. I'm writing stories on the prints. I feel it has a very Duane Michals feel to it.

New Abstract Painting
A portrait of me next to my finished abstract painting. "The Cosmos Through Owl Eyes", 4 feet tall x 6 feet long. Charcoal and oil on white board/wood.
By far... this the extent of what I want my new paintings to look like. I love the process and the finished work looks magnificent. There are half circle shapes and crisp marks throughout the painting. Some viewers have said it looks like a fallen tree with branches sticking out. :-)
